Southeast Asia and Dubai: Two Markets We Exhibit At

Beyond Hong Kong, Casun exhibits in Southeast Asia and Dubai. Both markets move fast, both are price-sensitive, and both punish suppliers who treat them as one region.
Southeast Asia: volume, speed, and heat
Buyers in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines typically order in mid volumes with short replenishment cycles. Two product requirements come up repeatedly: high-temperature tolerance, because a power bank left in a parked car in Jakarta is not in the same conditions as one in Rotterdam, and packaging that survives humid warehousing.
Price pressure is real, and it is where grade-B cells enter the conversation. We quote grade-A cells by default and quote the alternative separately, so the buyer can see what the saving actually costs in cycle life.
Dubai: re-export and specification
Dubai buyers often serve onward markets - East Africa, the Gulf, South Asia - so a single order may need three different plug standards and three label variants. Specification discipline matters more than unit price, because a mislabelled carton is a rejected container.
Buyers there also ask for DDP pricing more often than European buyers do, which changes the number substantially. We quote EXW, FOB and DDP side by side so the comparison is clear.
What stays the same everywhere
MOQ 100 pcs, samples in 5-7 days, bulk in 15-25 days, 12-month warranty, and a 2-hour response window during Shenzhen business hours. Those terms do not change by market.
If you are sourcing for either region, tell us the destination and we will quote the right plug, label and Incoterm together.
