amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is the most widely recognized global social compliance standard for European retailers and brand buyers, covering 13 core audit modules including social management system, fair remuneration, decent working hours, occupational health & safety, prohibition of child labour, environmental protection and ethical business conduct.

  During the semi-announced on-site audit, the BV audit team comprehensively reviewed our factory documents, payroll & attendance records, production workshops, dormitory & canteen facilities, and conducted independent interviews with frontline workers and management staff. Our production scope covers assembly, inspection and packaging of Bluetooth speakers, power banks, solar chargers and USB flash drives.

  This audit result is authoritative recognition of our long-term standardized social management. We have built complete worker protection mechanisms, established worker representative committees, strictly abide by local labor laws, and fully ban child labour, forced labour, discrimination and harassment. For non-conformities identified in this monitoring, our management team has formulated targeted rectification plans and will continuously optimize internal systems to lift our social compliance level in the next monitoring cycle.
